Connect Klaviyo
Trigger Klaviyo flows from review events without double-emailing.
Klaviyo receives Syncnity events so you can run email flows in Klaviyo: review submitted, 5-star received, request with no response, photo added.
What it does
It lets lifecycle mail stay in Klaviyo without rebuilding custom webhooks. It is not a second copy of the same review request unless you configure it that way — and you should not.
Where it lives
Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo (connect, flow triggers, activity).
How it works
Connect the Klaviyo account for that brand. Enable triggers. Build flows on those metrics in Klaviyo. Pick one system to send the original review request. Duplicates waste quota and trust.
