Reward a review with a discount
Percentage or fixed discounts after submit (Scale and Convert).
Discounts reward a customer after they submit a review. Open Reviews → Preferences → Discounts (`/admin/reviews/preference/discounts`).
What it does
It thanks people for reviewing (especially with photos). It must never pay for a specific star rating.
Where it lives
Preferences hub → Discounts card. Settings: enable toggle, Reward structure (same discount vs tiered), Where offered, coupon code generation, expiry days, reminder day, combination rules, and a live Customer Reward Preview.
How it works
Turn the feature on. Choose same-for-everyone or tiered values. Set where the offer appears, how codes are generated, expiry, and whether it combines with other discounts. Save updates the existing discount, or creates one if none exists yet. Scale and Convert plans include this feature.
