Approve and publish reviews
Pending, published, and how replies work.
Manage Reviews is the moderation inbox for everything customers submit. Open Reviews → Manage Reviews (`/admin/reviews/manage`).
What it does
You filter by status and by product vs site type, then publish, feature, reply, or reject.
Where it lives
Status tabs plus a Product / Site type switch. Toolbar: search, sort (Newest through Most helpful), More filters (advanced), Import, and Export.
How it works
- Product reviews — publish (status published), Feature, Reply public, treat a review as both product and site when needed, Reject with a reason.
- Site reviews — publish, feature, Reply by email, Unpublish with a reason. Site menus do not include product-only actions.
- Empty lists show dedicated empty states; if the list fails to load, use Retry.
Unpublished rows never hit widgets.
