Site reviews vs product reviews
Store-level feedback versus item-level reviews.
Product reviews attach to a SKU and belong on the product page. Site reviews are store-level (“shipping was fast”) and belong on badge, popup, or homepage — not mixed into a jacket’s PDP.
What it does
It keeps item quality separate from logistics and “love this shop” feedback.
Where it lives
Manage Reviews type filter: Product / Site. The form the customer used (order line vs store-level ask) decides the type.
