Bulk requests for past orders
Ask previous customers without waiting for new fulfillments.
Bulk / manual requests email past fulfilled orders that never received a review ask. That is how a new install fills widgets without waiting months for new orders.
What it does
It backfills social proof from customers you already fulfilled. You can send now or schedule later.
Where it lives
- Wizard: Reviews → Collect Reviews → Bulk requests (`/admin/reviews/collect/bulk-requests`)
- History: `/admin/reviews/collect/bulk-requests/history` (Sent and Scheduled rows, New Request returns to the wizard)
How it works
It is a three-step wizard. Continue stays disabled until you pick a date range. The app then estimates how many emails will send. You can open the email template panel and Customize Email before sending.
- Send now — posts the bulk job and takes you to history.
- Schedule later — includes date, time, and timezone in the payload.
Each email uses monthly request quota. Skipped rows are usually missing email, unfulfilled, or already requested.
