Cart reviews widget
A review carousel near checkout to reduce abandonment.
The Cart Reviews widget shows ratings and reviews next to the cart so shoppers who already liked a product still see social proof before they pay.
What it does
It reduces cart abandonment by repeating trust at the last step — not by adding a new marketing page.
Where it appears
- Cart page
- Cart drawer, if your theme supports the app block there
- Sometimes homepage if you use a persistent cart module
How it works
Enable Reviews → Widgets → Cart Reviews / Carousel (`/admin/reviews/widgets/customize/carousel`). Curate a short set of high-clarity reviews. Keep the layout light so it does not fight the checkout button. On product pages the carousel uses next/prev when enough cards are present.
Unique impact
Proof at the moment of hesitation, after the product page has already done its job.
