Snippets widget for Google
Review schema so stars can appear in Google search.
The Snippets widget has two jobs. On the storefront it can show a compact glimpse of strong reviews near the add-to-cart decision. In the page source it outputs review schema so Google can display stars in search when your products qualify.
What it does
It makes reviews count twice: once beside the buy button, and again in Google when rich results are allowed. It is not a replacement for the full Product Review widget.
Where it appears
- Product pages, typically near add to cart
- Search engines that read the schema on those pages
How it works
Turn the widget on under Reviews → Widgets → Snippets (`/admin/reviews/widgets/customize/snippets`). On the product page, snippet cards can paginate with prev/next. Keep the Product Review widget published so shoppers who click through still see the full list. Use Google Reviews if you also syndicate a Merchant Center feed.
Google decides eligibility. Syncnity supplies markup and, with the Google integration, a review feed. Stars in search are not instant and are not guaranteed.
