The review form can ask for photos and video. A later email can ask text-only reviewers to add media.
What it does
It feeds the Photo / Video Slider and richer product-page reviews.
Where it lives
Collect Reviews → Customize Review Form, plus photo follow-up under email templates. Media on the storefront form is optional unless you require it.
How it works
Enable photo/video on the form (optional unless an incentive requires it). Turn on the follow-up email. Moderate media like text. Photo/video collection is on Beginner and above.
