Enable the Syncnity app embed
Widgets stay hidden until the app embed is on in the theme editor.
The app embed is a Shopify theme switch that loads Syncnity’s storefront script. Every widget depends on it.
What it does
When the embed is on, widgets you enabled in Syncnity can render. When it is off, the admin can say a widget is on while the live theme shows nothing.
Where it lives
Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds → Syncnity.
How it works
Toggle Syncnity on and Save. Repeat on any draft theme you preview. Then open a product that already has a published review.
If a custom theme still hides a block, add the matching Syncnity app block in that template (product reviews, stars, badge, and so on).
